Blas na Gaillimhe was launched last week by celebrity chef and Beechlawn supporter JP McMahon. The new Galway food festival will take place in May 2023. Jp along with Padraig and Úna made an appearance on the Today show with Máire & Daithi last week, just before the snow came!. However we are back to warmer sunnier weather this week and are sowing kale, cabbage, chard, spinach, brussels sprouts and broccoli in our propogation tunnel. We will be closed tomorrow for a days rest on our national Day, Lá le Padraig, 17th March. Bíodh lá álainn agaibh go léir!
