HOW TO COOK IT:

Kale can be eaten raw or cooked and is a great addition to any Curry, Pasta Sauce, Smoothie, or Soup.  You can also Sauté it with olive oil and garlic or make it into a salad with your favourite dressing.  Or you could even season the Kale and bake it in the oven as a healthier alternative to chips!
