Almost half way through 2026 already and its been a great year so far. Our staff took part in the Ballinasloe Paddy’s day parade in March. In April, Úna met with hundreds of staff at STRIPE Dublin offices where we are on the lunchtime menu every day in the exclusive Gather & Gather restaurant. May saw Úna, Padraig and family attend BLOOM on Friday with P giving a talk on organic business management and Ú finding the Native Burren Scots Pine trees in a nursery stall from Tulla, Co. Clare.
