Dear Customer
In order to avoid the spread of COVID-19 we are asking all customers to adhere to the following new safety measures on the farm.
VEG BOX COLLECTIONS ON THE FARM
Veg boxes must be ordered in advance. Customers cannot walk in to buy a box without contacting us. Orders must be placed the day before (on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for collection on TUESDAYS WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY. We cannot serve customers on a Friday or Saturday unfortunately. Our stock availability is limited on Fridays.
VEG BOX DELIVERIES
We deliver veg boxes in Galway city on Thursdays( and currently also on Fridays because of the extra orders)- order deadline is Wednesday 8am.
We deliver veg boxes in Co. Clare ( certain routes only) on Wednesdays- order deadline is Tuesday 8am
We deliver veg boxes in Athlone and Ballinasloe on Tuesdays – order deadline is Monday 12 noon.
You can buy a veg box online on our webshop here.If that isnt working for you , you can text an order to 0892586490. If you are living outside of our delivery route we charge 8 euros for dpd courier next day delivery. This service picks up on Wednesday or Thursday and delivers Thursday and Friday. Eggs and products in glass jars cannot be put in DPD deliveries. (If your order these and are gettting DPD courier delivery we will replace the item with vegetables or fruit)

SAFETY DURING DELIVERIES
CUSTOMERS DO NO NEED TO MEET OUR DRIVER. HE/SHE WILL LEAVE THE BOX ON YOUR DOORSTEP UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED. IF YOU WISH TO TALK TO OUR DRIVER PLEASE REMAIN 2 METRES AWAY FROM HIM/HER. PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER HANDLING THE BOX AND LEAVE THE EMPTY BOX FOR COLLECTION ON THE NEXT DELIVERY DAY. IF IT IS A CARDBOARD BOX YOU CAN PUT IT IN THE RECYCLING BIN. COVID 19 CAN SURVIVE ON PLASTIC OR METAL FOR UP TO 72 HOURS AND ON PAPER FOR 24 HOURS.
